Basic Training Programs

You have access to a gym, but you don’t know what to do to improve your on-ice performances? You want to increase your strength and power?

We can provide 2-day, 3-day, 4-day training programs for your needs. They focus on strength training with emphasis on compound movements and plyometrics!

You want to bring your game to the next level? Create a personalized training plan based on your exact needs and objectives?

We will sit down and discuss about your objectives, experience in the gym, conditioning levels and every element that our experienced team can think of to provide a program that will get results!
