Our Programs
Power Skating Sessions
We will be hosting power skating sessions every week on Sundays from April to August to work on the fine details of skating!
Beginner Group – Dedicated for players that are starting or that have never done a power skating session in the past. The goal is to create a solid foundation to build upon for the next steps.
Regular / Intermediate Group – Dedicated to players that have regularly participated in our sessions or that have a solid skating foundation. The objective is to keep on building the necessary skills to reach the next level while integration puck control in the drills!
Advanced Group – Dedicated for players that have been attending sessions for a couple of seasons and that play at an elite level (AA-AAA-Prep or higher). The objective is to refine the players technique and push their limits with and without the puck!
Individual Skills sessions
Weekly individual skill sessions are held where the goal is to work on stickhandling, shooting, puck protection, puck control, and much more! The sessions will all be held from Monday to Wednesday in the evenings starting at the end of April! Only 6 players will be on the ice at all times!
We will have sessions for each of the following groups:
- M9 (all)
- M11 regular (C-B-A)
- M11 advanced (BB-AA)
- M13 regular (C-B-A)
- M13 advanced (BB-AA-AAA)
- M15-M18 regular (C-B-A)
- M15-M18 advanced (BB-AA-AAA+)
Specialty clinics
Specialized forward and defense clinics will be held every Sunday afternoon from Mid-April to August
The objective of these sessions is to understand different offensive and defensive concepts, how to play them and then learn the technical skills needed to perform them.
A lot of time will be taken explaining the concepts and breaking down movements so that the players fully understand when and where to use them.
There will be 12 players divided into two groups based on skill level. Targeted age categories: M11 to M15

Full-Ice Development sessions
These sessions, held on Saturdays from May to August, are used to combine what is learnt in all our other programs on a full-ice rink. Combining individual skills, offensive and defensive concepts and game systems while executing full-ice drills is important to be ready for the upcoming season.
The sessions are reserved for the following groups:
- M11 & M13 regular (C-B-A)
- M11 & M13 advanced (BB-AA-AAA)
- M15 & M18 advanced (BB-AA-AAA+)
Off-Ice Sessions
We offer off-ice sessions where the players have to push their limits!
The group of players will meet three times per week at 6pm starting at the end of June. We will work on general physical conditioning, but more specifically on explosiveness, power, strength, agility and much more!
Our system incorporates a science based approach to training where the players are progressively increasing intensity throughout the camp to get incredible results. They will see great on-ice improvements from our off-ice program that we have been running for almost 10 years now.
Designed for M11 players and up!

Private and semi-private sessions
If you are looking for a more individualized training approach, we also offer private or semi-private sessions offered from Mondays to Wednesdays in the evenings.
We can come up with a detailed plan regarding the goals of the player and the steps needed to achieve those goals.
We’ve had great success developing players through private sessions and seen dramatic improvements in their capabilities and skills!
