Cost should not be a reason why players can’t improve. Starting at 23$ a session, you get access to a highly experienced and dedicated team that will transform you as a hockey player.
Gone are the days you have to commit for two or three months in advance without knowing if you can make it and forfeit your sessions because you can’t. Commit week by week and choose when you want to attend our clinics.

We’ve run several very successful dry-land training camps. Our objective is simple: Make elite off-ice training camps accessible to players of all backgrounds.
For 15$ a session, you get access to a proven group training program that will bring your conditioning to the next level and arrive at tryouts in the best shape of your life!
